1. Acceptance of Terms

By using forgeselfdefensetx.com, submitting an enrollment or reservation form, or enrolling a student with Forge Martial Arts LLC, doing business as Forge Self Defense Academy ("Forge," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a form. If you are submitting information about a minor, you confirm you are that student's parent or legal guardian.

2. Use of This Website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our programs, schedule, and pricing. Schedules, tier names, pricing, and program availability may change as the school grows. Please do not submit false information or use the site's forms for any unlawful purpose.

3. Enrollment and Classes

Submitting a form is a request to reserve a spot; enrollment is confirmed by Forge directly. Martial arts and self defense training involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Students and guardians will be asked to complete our waiver and participation agreement before training begins. Those agreements govern class participation, membership billing, and cancellation.

4. Text Message Program

Forge operates a non-marketing, operational text message program called Forge Martial Arts School Communication. If you opt in, we may text you about class schedules and schedule changes, attendance, billing and payment reminders, and general school communication.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing any Forge service. You can enroll and train without opting in.
• Opt in by checking the (never pre-selected) consent box on our form, or by texting us first.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your phone number and consent record is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We do not sell or share mobile or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Privacy

Your use of this site and our messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Forge name, logo, curriculum descriptions, and site content are the property of Forge Martial Arts LLC and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
